It has been reported that director Mani Ratnam is planning to produce a web series. It has been reported that Surya, the leading actor of the Tamil film industry, is going to act in a web series.
It has been reported that director Mani Ratnam is going to produce an web series titled ‘Navarasa‘. The web series, which will be release on Netflix ott streaming site, will be co-produced by several leading directors.
Mani Ratnam, Jayendra, KV Anand, Sudha, Siddharth, Aravindsamy, Bijay Nambiar, Gautam Menon and Karthik Narain will direct 9 stories on 9 novels like Love, Laughter, Compassion, Anger, Valor, Fear, Disgust, Miracle and Calmness. Information has been leaked. Thus Aravindsamy, and Siddharth will make their directorial debut.
Negotiations are underway to cast Surya in the story to be directed by director Jayendra. Vijay Sethupathi will play the role of Bijay Nambiar and GV Prakash will play the role of Sudha Kongara. However, it seems that the result has not been confirmed yet.
