Excluding special trains Indian Railway Department has announced the cancellation of rail services in the country till August 12. As a result, ticket bookings for all trains until August 12 are canceled and the amount will be refunded for all who have booked trains for their journey.
There are no scheduled trains. The Railway Department has announced that it will not operate until 12th Aug 2020. In the meantime, those who have booked tickets for the passenger train can get a full refund. Instructions on how to acquire the full refund are printed on the train ticket.
Those who booked tickets at the railway counters can apply for a refund within 6 months from the date of the train journey. We are asking the customer to go to the railway station directly and fill the ticket deposit receipt to refund amount. For those who have booked tickets online, the money will automatically be credited to your bank account. The cancellation of the ticket is also provided by dialing 139.
